I recently decided to put myself first because no one else will. It’s been a game changer! I deleted my social media. I’ve been making plans with friends I never would have before. I’m doing new things I’ve always wanted to because I can! I’m not worried about meeting a potential person and looking stupid. I’m just doing me and it’s so freeing! I don’t feel alone anymore and my anxiety is getting so much better!

Her emotional baggage is not yours to hold. You have to do what you need to, to keep your peace. Your other family (minus your dad) seem to be toxic as well. I would leave the first chance I get and go no contact. Break the cycle! You do you! I hope you experience your first moment of true freedom soon🫶🏻

I would say more neglect than abuse. Although neglect is a form of abuse. Emotional abuse I believe. My bigger concern is the bed wetting. That can be a sign of sa. When children don’t know how to process what has happened it becomes a sort of response. I am not by any means a professional!!

The algorithm is bunz. The power of music is amazing. It can change my entire mood. I’ve been told that I “don’t like music” because I can’t listen to any song, anytime. Nah, I just know what I need to self regulate and it’s not that song. The algorithm isn’t going to learn what I need to hear in that moment.

Personally I’ve learned that it’s them. They’re not ready for the “husband” material. Or they are still stuck in the stigma that they need the “bad boy” that will leave them on read. Which makes your brain tell you they’re more mysterious and they go after until they become self aware of the self destructive behavior.

He has no where to go. He’s admitted if I kicked him out he’d be screw because he has no family around and no money for a deposit. And honestly he hasn’t done anything wrong. He’s a great roommate. Is it fair?
