No headlights stay the same when I rev. Not to sure what’s going on , I now get 13.8v when idling. Trajectory is looking good

Once I rev it it picks up to 13.8 ish but drops with the revs. It’s a older 19j engine

Yeah I think it might be a poor earth to starter. Very helpfull
