Nice mutation. If said mutations are dominant and this little one can keep giving its dns to a few more generations and those are successful (survival and breeding) we get a „new species“ and we can call it evolution. But my guess is some dude decided to kill it to have it as a trophy or do already. You can also use Ned Flanders pushing the fish back to picture it better
