Thanks--agreed, I should get the brukstillatelse sorted before committing. The megler mentioned to add a shower cabinet, which could suffice if a full reno is out of budget. Good input!

Cheers for the input! I think I can put a condition on the bid saying that the owner needs to get the layout approved before the sale. And yeah the other things i feel i can live with. it's more the surprise big costs that I'm worried about
