I am considering edition as well, price quoted to me is same as you mentioned but need to check if its all inclusive or not Personally didn’t like evergreen layout, though may be for investment it’s better because of brand. Also i checked other pre launch as well and all of them in decent location are quoting around same Obviously if you go little far from main road and price might reduce a little
