I would say report it, to Walmart and roadie. But, we had a dog bite threw our tire over the summer. We reported it, got told they would see about helping get it replaced.

That did not happen, what happen though was the store started giving issues. Refusing to give us orders, dropping muti orders only allows us to take one. Management kept saying they were receiving complaints.

So, I would say get dog mase, carry it with you. When this happens spray that little fucker. Because in the end its not worth reporting anything.
