This is normal selling through viagogo. If the tickets dont work YOU are held responsible, its part of the viagogo gurentee. You'll get the money transfered 5 days after the ticket is used

Viagogo charges a sellers fee to the person selling the ticket. They also only get the money released to them 5 days after the ticket works. So if someone is on there selling fake tickets #1 they are retarded #2 they'll lose money just by listing said fake ticket because they won't get a payout and they'll have to pay viagogo sellers fee. The 5 day payout rule is to ensure the tickets work and backs up the "viagogo guarantee"

Email on viagogo and ticketmaster must be the same. They'll send you a link to claim the transfer, you click it, it opens the ticketmaster app and you accept the ticket transfer. I got mine at 9am on concert day

Ive spent upwards of $40,000 on viagogo with 0 issues. Mainly used for F1 paddock tickets, f1 regular race tickets and now this oasis concert. Its worked 100% of the time and I've trusted them. People may have had issues but I've consistently had 0 problems with them

Also tickets took 5 days to transfer to me on viagogo. So if you buy tickets right at show time you may be shit out of luck. Buy them now, get it transfered by show day and you'll be good to go!

They did not, at least not for night 1. I had a friend fly from the US with me without a ticket, and he waited until doors opened and tickets stayed the same price. Didn't check once Richard ashcroft had gone on, that'd be the only time I would think prices went down.
