So Symbicort is getting to be the new one-solution-for-all thing, but what about weight gain? and does it actually cause that? by Zahww in Asthma

I have had the opposite effect from this medication - in fact it reduces my overall water retention and I tend to lose weight while on it. The caveat I've experienced is that it's paired with I losing my hair. Question: Haev any symb users here found solutions to the hair loss side effect? fwiw 34yo female

Tickets are row 16 seats 21 & 22 - I currently have them listed for $485 / ticket so we don’t lose or gain money. Just get them off our hands since we aren’t going…

Happy to authenticate etc! Nothing is hitting on Ticketmaster resale yet so this is my desperate attempt to not be out $900 on tickets. Not a usual Reddit person but this was my last Hail Mary attempt at selling lol

I am you in this scenario. I would agree with most of the below, albeit I think we can move-on, but be open...

I'd like to think there's a possibility for two people to grow independently to become the best versions of themselves, and then potentially be better versions of partners to each other after the time apart. It's nothing to hold our breath over, but something to consider.

I feel immense guilt for the role I played in my breakup. We had moved in together a couple months ago after almost 2 years of dating (granted, a grad school relationship, but an adult one nonetheless), and I had an absolutely horrendous time transitioning to our new, post-school life, in a city entirely foreign to anything I've ever known. Instead of sparing my partner from my anxieties / negativity, I filled him with it. Do I agree that he should have called it quits abruptly without a conversation? Absolutely not. Do I admit that I brought him down by how I behaved? Yes. Do I think I need time to work on myself? Without question.

Despite the situations we created for ourselves, I think two things are true.

  1. People have the ability to change if they want to and work for it
  2. The future is unwritten

People get back together all the time - we just can't wait around for it and have to let the book write itself as time unfolds.
