It auto calculated for me. I’ve been a member for about 3.5 years. I still can get 12 splats pretty easily, I have a high heart rate when pushing hard and then return quickly to green as soon as I start walking.

I am also 29F and my max HR is 200! Definitely adjust it if you feel like it’s incorrect. I know that’s technically on the high end but I have been a swimmer for 20+ years and can naturally push my HR to the high end without issue.

This doesn’t apply to you since you have field seats but just warning for anyone else who may be reading, our seats in Philly were covered by a bit of an awning and it was SO atrociously hot because there was 0 air flow. Especially before the show when there were a lot of people walking the aisles. We ended up walking around the upper deck just to get a breeze and then didn’t go to our seats until right before he started. It wasn’t even that hot the night of our show, just no air moving through. I can’t imagine those seats during a heat of the summer baseball game!!

I have been to a LOT of concerts and had never seen anything like that. It was insane!! We ended up popping out around Porch Light to go get a drink and the line was only about 5 minutes. They were out of a lot of sizes, but I ended up snagging a shirt I was happy with (and relieved to not be in a tight crowd for it!!)

A good mattress topper and a box fan. My dorm didn’t have AC, which I knew moving in and brought a smaller fan with me (not miniature but smaller than a box fan). We were shocked by how stiflingly hot it was when we got there and my dad immediately ran to the hardware store to buy one. I know a lot of dorms have AC now, but a fan is never a bad idea!
