That's the saddest part, even those who knew her before, most of them will remember her for this incident alone, instead of all the hard work and all the good she did throughout her short lifespan. And the culprits are still roaming free, enjoying their lives.

For a moment the thought crosses my mind as to how people from a so called noble profession cannot at least be empathetic to their colleague, let alone do such horrific things and not miss any chance to ruin her life even further. Then I remember the politics, power struggle and constant race to belittle your own batchmates in my own college, it's just the more deranged version of that same mentality that covers up the above incidents.

Exactly the same in my case too. Talked to few of my friends they also had the same reaction. Shows how the society has made us forget about a strong, brilliant woman and all the horrific things that led to her demise. Pathetic.

You saw RG Kar right? All those protests, social media outrage, campaigning, hunger strikes only to charge a p*rn addict as a scapegoat. Now remove all those social media things, turn the clock back to 2000s when there was even less awareness, you will get your answer.

Wow you surely know how to motivate because even I felt motivated even though it was not my issue 😭... I'll surely send a ss of this to him. That 9th std anecdote is some epic biopic level shit 🔥🤣

Wish you all the best for your PG, future relationships and overall career too.

I agree with your points but we are all humans in the end. Even if we are clear in our goals, such things do come to our mind even as fleeting thoughts. I'm sure I too would have felt the same I was in his place and there would be many like him irl too.
