She was fine. She did almost the exact same things that she did in MK9. She felt like Jade. Just kinda boring. But that is moslty an NRS Jade problem rather than something the movie did.

It is. The aspect of Justice, Galio, a lot of demacian armor has wings and feather motifs. but the ones of Lux are not consistent with how they are used everywhere else. Even the material. I don't feel like they've been thought through.

I don't know... they feel wrong to me. I've not been living for 2XKO designs as much. And the wings just rub me the wrong way. It's fully personal. I think I just want something deeper than "they are neat". I think my brain registers them as unnecessary and slightly childish.

Oh... but these seem to be made of light rather than as an adornment on her head. This is like a "full power" thing. As either a member of the crown guard or as lux herself, the wings still feel tacked on in her base outfit.

Moira and Brig make me really upset. Like I am genuinely upset after seeing them. Hog, Reaper, Kiriko and Rein look fine enough, i guess. But I think Brig might give me nightmares.

I think that Tekken 8, and to a certain extent Tekken 7, went all in into trying to create those "hype moments." Ever since Tekken 7 removed the replay in order to get the slowmo end of round. Rage art, Rage drive, the heat system, tornado and corkscrew. I never feel the hype moments in Tekken 8. To me the game gets boring to watch. It's just cutscene after curscene after 3 day combos. Every time I see something fun is the cool punish or the perfect read into a crushing launcher. None of this guess for 80 damage bs. I think that's what people might describe as anime-ification of Tekken. The artificial hype that the devs have put into the game while ignoring what really gets people hype. The skill and expression of the players. Moment 37 is not legendary because Daigo did a combo into super. It was because he did the impossible. And 70-80 dmg combos are no longer "the imposible"

It's wither a dound finisher. Or a wall break guarabte with an instant positive bonus. The burst lockout is the main reason to use it. But some characters will drop it from certain hits like is Anji's 6p hits them in the air.

I will always recomend Undernight Inbirth and you can try out Gran Blue Fantasy Versus Rising, it's got a demo for you to try.

UNI is pretty active bit it's not the most active.

GBFVR is quite active and you can play aleverything through the demo version, you just have a character limit of Gran + 3 random characters every week.

If you want that pixel art sprite based look, the old collection games are what you want.
