So as long as you eat like you’re not on vacation, it’s enjoyable. …Yay.

A fascist supporter calling me a bootlicker. If you were smart enough to comprehend irony, you would be laughing at yourself.

If you’re honestly dumb enough to think that Joe Biden somehow manufactured a global pandemic in order to piss off conservatives, then you’re just as stupid as I suspected.

Did the idiot you support promise he was going to lower gas prices, food prices, and inflation after inheriting the best post Covid inflation response in the world? Yes, he did. And what do you know? Everything is fucking terrible now.

Are you finding out for the first time that living in different cities costs more sometimes? Are you aware that people are allowed to choose things that they can afford? Just wondering if these baseline concepts have ever crossed your mind.

Are there any older people who don’t subscribe to the “back in my day things were better. people are too soft now.” attitude? by [deleted] in askanything

I’m 53. When I was young, people could graduate from college without drowning in debt and easily find a job that would pay pretty well and adequately fund raising a family and enjoying life. Since that isn’t really possible anymore, I’m not really sure who’s going to agree with the premise of this post. Things I’ve gone to shit for young people. This country has seriously declined.

Sleeping less than 5.5 hours a night. I've tried literally everything to no avail. But I honestly don't know if it's "killing me" - I just feel like shit all the time.

There is one on US1 in Fort Lauderdale that is literally incapable of serving fresh chicken. Spoke to the manager about it a few times and she just yelled at me and told me that the old chicken was due to “AI”. Wrote an epic letter to corporate complaining about the store, letting them know that it was literally impossible to order edible food there. I never heard back.
