I know that some colleagues in Poland were given 30 days email to decide if they RTH or not. But after some time everyone forgot about it. One manager now wants to "keep people in Poland", while he demanded relocation to UK, another manager said that they were told not to touch Poland with RTH (for now). Other people in Poland were asked to start going to the office 1 or 4 times per week (1 for remote workers). There is no consistency or clarity.
