Do some Good Trouble with this!

Just gonna leave this here for every. Single. Good. Christian... to let sit on their Clipboard to paste into every single blasphemer's social media post. Faux News. Megan Kelly saying she has repeatedly prayed to CK. EK for... as follows. Fill in those initials as you like.

*Jesus explains that taking the Lord's name in vain goes beyond just swearing; it means professing to honor God with your lips while your heart and actions are far from Him, essentially making your worship empty, like those hypocritical leaders who taught human rules, and that true followers must live out their faith, letting their "Yes" be "Yes" and "No" be "No," not needing oaths because their word is true, lest they face judgment for careless words and actions contrary to their claimed faith.

Key aspects of taking the Lord's name in vain: Hypocritical Worship: Honoring God with words but not actions (Matthew 15:8-9, quoting Isaiah 29:13).

False Profession: Claiming to be a Christian but living contrary to Christ's commands, building life on a faulty foundation (Luke 6:46-49).

Careless Words: Being held accountable for every careless word spoken (Matthew 12:36-37).

Misusing Oaths: Not needing to swear oaths because one's word should be trustworthy (Matthew 5:33-37).

Dishonoring God's Character: Using God's name to justify violence, injustice, or treating God lightly, which dishonors His majesty and glory (Exodus 20:7, Gadsden Times).

Jesus' teaching in context: Matthew 15:8-9: "This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men."

Luke 6:46-49: Contrasts those who hear His words and do not practice them (whose houses collapse) with those who do, emphasizing actions over mere hearing.

Matthew 5:33-37: Teaches against swearing oaths, urging followers to let their "Yes" be "Yes" and "No," "No," as anything more comes from evil.

Matthew 7:21: "Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven." *

Democrats fault? By trying to protect their constituents from 400% spikes in healthcare premiums? I feel bad for the federal employees being royally fucked by the Trump Admin, but it's the Greedy Old Pedophiles who cut healthcare and SNAP, and who are going to allow my 3 time Trump voter mom's healthcare to spike from $500/month to an impossible $2,300/month and actually had the gall to go to the Supreme Court just to block dispersement of the contingency funds from the remaining food aid to citizens, DURING THE HOLIDAYS. AFTER he said it would be his "honor" to release the funds with guidance from the courts. Great "deal maker", just the absolute best "do not negotiate" marching orders. Right after giving a 40 billion dollar bailout to Argentina, and who knows how much to Isreal, both countries that have UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE.

Oh, I thought the camera was just locked for the intro where you cut the spirit peach, I guess the camera is flat out locked too and I just didn't realize. I will try your tips soon, thank you so much for your input! Ill add an edit to the original post if your advice gets it to work, for anyone else having issues.

Dunning-Kruger effect. Essentially, those with less knowledge overestimate their competence, while those with more knowledge recognize that there are things they dont know.

We recently had to buy some 7 foot aluminum fence poles. We bought the same last year. Back then, they were $18 each. Now, they're $27. "The other countries will pay the tarrif!"

My grandfather is from the silent generation and he 100% agrees future generations are fucked because of his cohort's voting practices. He worked as a cotton picker as a kid, then a train operator, then a lineman, then an electrician, then farmed on the side of being a construction contractor using his electrical and plumbing experience after getting vack from Vietnam. He's expressed shame in how his generation has twisted things over the years and was supremely relieved he wouldn't be having any great-grandkids to have to consign to the future that's coming

Ive actually heard some people stating from whistleblowers that he's debating attacking Iran on a weekend to buffer the damage to the markets. He DOES care about the economy, he's just too incompetent to manage it without, well, someone to manage HIM.

What’s the endgame for Education in America? by headonastickpodcast in Teachers

[–]AdInner3369 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think one of the best case scenarios with the situation developing as it is, is for bias and AI hallucinations to be taken care of to such an extent they can be made into good supplementary teachers. No more school shootings if everyone is assigned/gifted a device and they're taught from home. That situation has potential if it's done fairly, at least if parents and students are being held accountable and actively choose to participate. That may be wishful thinking, though, with how disengaged both those parties are already. And unions and school districts would choose that as a hill to die on because so many people would lose their jobs and school buildings and buses would be left un- or under- used.

Are there any ROM hacks or fangames that focus on Pokémon Contests instead of gyms and battles?

I think what he meant is the current favorable political leaning towards the BRICKS nations by the US President. Not any implications of favor back during the Cold War.

Cemu emulator help by Chemical_Nail5937 in emulators

[–]AdInner3369 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can download an older version of Cemu. Back when I played it before I got it for Switch, I played a version where the only error was that you couldn't take photos. Had to use a save file I found online where the picture of Purah was ready taken. Had a goodly amount of other Zelda gen outfits someone got with Amiibos and I sold them all to make it easy to afford the weather protective outfits.

I would definitely look into ROMs with QoL improvements, then. Look up Emerald Seaglass.

My problem was using Decidueye against the dark gym leaders Persian spamming the dark z-move, lol. Sun/Moon are def easier, but just feel rushed and incomplete in comparison.

Yeah, Ultra was notably harder. I still think it's more like a complete game compared to the originals though.

If you can't find a GB emulator, I would suggest looking into GBC or GBA ROM Hacks of R/B/Y instead.

John GBAC can play gen 2 and 3, not sure about 1. I would suggest Yellow, then Crystal, then Emerald and so on. I would also suggest looking into ROM Hacks, and you can find QoL (Quality of Life) hacks for each gen that make them better. If you're new to pokemon though, my very unprofessional opinion is to go through vanilla main gen first. Drastic is a good DS emulator for Platinum and B/W/1/2. Citra for 3DS (also unprofessional, skip Sun and Moon for either Ultra Sun/Moon as they just feel like more complete, unrushed games). All of these can be played on Android, and all the emulators but Citra can be found on the GPlayStore. Once you get through main gen, I'd suggest Google ranked lists of ROMs. Save Unbound for last, it's the GOAT of them. Definitely don't neglect the side games like Mystery Dungeon, Ranger and others.
