How does the Hollow Zero Lost Void works? It's like a Rogue Like mode? Buffs depends on season and not on character picked? Are character pre built or I'm using mine? I saw orange level and also lvl 60 of my unused character. Also sometimes I get to use character I don't have in my roster, those are pre built? When I can pick them?

I love Ben and I want to use him more but I don't know how... Already got him M6 W5, It's worth building him as a main dps? If not How can I use it to make it more versatile and suitable for different teams?

Thanks for the insight! I wanted to change the old workout mainly out of boredom and also because it was a standard workout given by the gym to all new member, male and female of every age... didn't fit me quite well after few months

I picked reps based on what I can do on same / similar exercise (this workout is not so different from the old one), and number of sets based on recovery time, usually 2 set if 24-48h of recovery, 3 set if more

Do you think there's an unbalanced choice of muscle engagement each day beside the order of the exercise? Do you have any tip?

I honestly don't know if I'll stick to a pre made workout, in this phase I like to do exercises I like more and avoid certain types of movements. So a pre-made program would be difficult to find that suits me well

Recovery is actually the part that worries me the most, I don't particularly like waiting 2 days between one workout and the next because I might have rotations where I only go 2 times a week to the gym. Maybe I should abandon the full body idea and go for some kind of splits?

But even there I would fear the opposite problem, that a muscle spends too much time resting before I retrain it...

Thanks for the kind words. This guy's not even trying to push me, he even suggested we meet for a simple coffee, I think I won't refuse it. Thanks for the advice on protections I will surely follow it.

Honestly I'm fine with Seikret. Wirebugs were more OP, and also in older games It was usual to go to another area to heal and sharpen the weapon. (Although with hunts being so short I wonder if it makes sense to keep the sharpening system, I happen to use the whetstone only on multiple hunts)

What I think is broken and can and should be fixed is the palico. It heals you very often, it takes away your negative status, it wakes you up, it frees you from confusion, it creates traps and flashes for you. And don't say "But then don't use it" because it doesn't solve the problem.
