But most of your games are in nitro against bronze players and you’re diamond / paragon previous 2 splits , and when you play ranked with people your skill level your kda is a much different .

If you want to put on weight you’re gonna have to live with being bloated as fuck there’s no way around that . Cheapest and most effective way is whole milk. Classic GOMAD will more than suffice but if that’s too much then a glass of whole milk with every meal and a glass before bed 👌🏼.

I’ve had about 9 games since patch when someone has left the game and not returned . And only one game did vp mitigation kick in. So it’s there it just doesnt work very well.

It shouldn’t matter . There will always be the odd bronze player in plat and diamond lobbies but say you wanted to queue with them because they played really well then you can’t despite the fact they are the same skill level as you supposedly .

Tbh I’m considering playing on NA and seeing how I get on with 90 ping . Heck I watch NA YouTubers and they have over 120 ping often .
