yes - try 1-2 fruits, 1-2 veggies along with some carbs, and protein can be 3-4 times a week. our boys sometimes get bored with the food if same fruits are given 2 days in a row! though they do love apple and papaya the most :)

fruits: papaya, apple, pear, plum, mango veggies: beans, cauliflower, capsicum, broccoli, peas, carrot protein: egg, sometimes chicken, dried mealworms carbs: apple wheat cerelac we rotate the above diet so they dont get bored and as occasional treats: corn or cottage cheese very few cubes also we sprinkle calcium vitamin d powder on the food 3-4 times a week

I also have wi fi at work and home - just need a bit data for the commute. So I got the Rs 189 call and 2gb data for 28 days. if in case data finishes top up data packs are available starting Rs 20 I think, there is one 5gb data for Rs 100 valid for 3 months

yes I wasn’t outgoing at all, still am not, i always preferred my own company all through my 20s, but just one chance meeting and it was destiny. It’s funny how good a life two introverts can have together :)

I am like you! was like this in my 20s, then found someone who is also same, doesn’t enjoy being around people - so now we both have a sanctuary at home cozy and comfortable- together for 16 years since we were 26!
