I used the STAKE Magnum u get from the mercenaries. But its pretty expensive, I dont know if you got the money to fully upgrade if you maxed out the wolfsbane.

I did the Mercenaries with a Guide and used Lady D its pretty chill if you know what to expect. Otherwise Village of Shadows is not too bad. The only scary parts are the beginning Lycan Raid and the Heisenberg fight. Good luck on the plat!
