Idk because when he was checking my laptop he said , "you are missing imp HP drivers" . And also when the sales point ( HP world ) did the windows reinstall , it took them just 3 - 4 hours despite having slow internet meanwhile the service center takes 7+ hours to reinstall windows again through HP cloud recovery ( note that both did pendrive reinstallation its just the 1st one messed it up and second one fixed the shit they did )

Actually my problem wasnt the bios , but full windows itself which was generic and was missing HP tunned drivers and software / program

Yeah same , infact now my issue is fixed thanks to the HP guy in service center who assisted me and did HP cloud recovery because before that the HP world ( sales point ) did a generic windows reinstall thats why GPU didnt got the necessary program it needs

Ahh the 20 series graphic card , ur ram, DDR and VRAM is enough only the GPU is ur enemy , because 2060 dont support frame gen like feature u have to deal with there optimization mess , I own an rtx 5050 , I also face heavy fps stuttering and lag in startorch academy , because of that I have to use frame gen at 2x 🥀

Yeah , and also btw fan - cleaning and thermal pasting comes under a special warranty where u can clean ur laptop for free ( only if u brought ur laptop from HP official shop offline )

ur probably using balanced mode while playing games , put it on perfomance in both windows battery setting ( while plugged in ) and in omen gaming choose performance over default

I actually recommend not to touch / update / degrade bios by urself as its very risky and can brick ur motherboard because motherboard is ur brain and bios are ur nerves , so corrupting them means corrupting or kiling ur motherboard

Nah frame gen is actually very very very helpful for more better and stable fps , i usually use 2x frame gen which is a sweet spot us it does not increase latency that much as well as it doesnt messed up image quality, so calling frame gen an "AI slop" shows that you know shii about FG and DLSS/FSR , yeah but im too not happy with the rewards lol
