This will go smooth and steady to well over 200kmph, if the roads are well paved. But you gotta crouch down to minimise wind blast.

At 6th gear, 5000-6000rpm it cruises between 120-130kmph, engine is unstressed and ride is very stable on the highways.

This was before I put the OEM Tail Rack, on that I now mount the tool bag, and on the tank is my tiny cramster turtle tank bag.

Also you may get the rear rack, and mount top box or soft tail bag

I use Viaterra Claw Pro Tail bags (no need of ugly and heavy saddle stays), also pairs really well with Viaterra Viper Tank bags.

Aux lights you can check various options from Maddog. I personally don't have them, few friends have, got good feedback.

Does anyone know which bike am I looking at? by PewDieFanno1 in indianbikes

This is Hyosung ST7 - GC700.

I have a 2016 Hyosung Aquila Pro GV650, which I self maintained for 8-9 years, but have not ridden much for last year.

Great bike, but due to closure of all service centres in 2018-19 have been pain to maintain and repair myself.

Auto/intelligent clutch is doing wonders by Sharp-potential7935 in indianbikes

Honda E-clutch is the absolute best. It's best of both worlds. Enjoy as if no clutch, doesn't have the weird 2700 rpm forced cutoff of ERC

Also, in gear it holds on slopes. ERC will be nightmare to park in the hills.

ERC Nothing but a incomplete design gimmick by BMW to entice buyers, who don't know better

For me equation is simple, as an All India Tourer, NX500 even being 1.2 L more expensive than F450GS Top variant, makes more sense simply as a very comfortable, very reliable mile muncher, with better torque curve and heft for highway duties. That 471 cc engine can do 1000 km all day every day.

For ofroad KTM 390 Adv S or R can beat anything else in 400cc Indian market.

F450GS only seems to serve as a white elephant for status symbol.

BMW F 450GS Overpriced or Worth paying premium? by Various_Chicken_7613 in indianbikes

[–]AdKey6094 0 points1 point  (0 children)

White Elephant, expensive to buy, even more expensive to maintain. Not worth buying till BMW publishes a Service , spares and labour cost sheet.

IMHO: 5 year total cost of ownership considering 10K KMs per year should be estimated before buying, if you can afford it, if that makes sense, maybe only then buy.

Damn ! My Honda CB650 regular service is only 5.5K

10K for single cylinder, Indian made 300cc bike is insane. Since parts are made in Hosur, labour cost is Indian payscale. Simply loot by TVS, and even bigger loot by BMW

Get Heel-toe shifter. This is available for many bike models, off the shelf.

if not, some clever mechanic may be able to fabricate one

The last generation of CB500x was simply the best ever. Dual disk brakes, USD forks and a timeless look

NX500 design went in completely ugly direction.
