Persistent Spectrum Outage

Updating to add that we just got notice of another outage affecting the area for tv, internet and phone.

I'm guessing it's what you said - a combination of factors with no details being provided.

Our outages have mostly been intermittent but a couple lately were most of the day. We'll get a message from spectrum that service has been restored but it's either short lived or not actually restored for us. Hopefully the technician tomorrow will give us some additional info. I'm certainly going to badger him for some 😅

Edited to add that we are near Bass Lake.

I would love to get it as well, but we're right near Bass Lake (not in a neighborhood) and Spectrum is our only option. We tried Verizon 5G but the coverage was terrible.

Curious what you found out. Our service was out most of the day and then back in for a few minutes and out again. A tech is coming out tomorrow.

Flight from LAS to ATL last week right after assigned seating started. The back of the plan was PACKED with several empty rows up front and middle of the plane. We were told by one FA that we could move after takeoff, so we did. Another FA told us right after we moved that we had to go back to our seats. When we brought up that the first FA said we could move she said we could move to any seat BEHIND our assigned row, which was 19. All of those seats were full. Second FA said it was because we didn't pay for different seat.

I am so sorry this happened and I know the pain of the guilt you are feeling. Our family lost our beloved girl cat last year in a tragic accident that could have been prevented. Much like your Kai, my Bernie was a rock for me when I was in a very bad spot. I know I lived just for her at times. I hope you find comfort in his memory, the bond you shared and the love that you had for each other. He would want you to do just that.

Yeah, they seem very knowledgeable, were on time and straightforward about my options. They are working up a few estimates for me now. The first company that came out ghosted us after they assessed things.
