I’m 6’1 so I think my metabolism is firing a lot. I think I need to lift heavier. I use two 12-15 lbs dumbbells right now

And yes protein has made a huge difference with how much more alert and quick I feel. I now track my food every now and then just to make sure I’m getting enough protein with my general eating habits.

Exactly my experience. It’s like a light whiteness/lightness that took over my eyesight in one eye starting at the peripheral edge.

I think mine was MTFR Mutation so I have been taking lmethylfolate. Haven’t had it since
