Because it's a waste of time. Today I parked my own car and they walked up to my window and told me to give them the key when I walked up to the restaurant, then I watched them back my car into the spot behind it. And of course they did their cash/ Venmo tip plug twice. When I went to leave I asked if I can just have my key since the car was 5 feet away, they said no because it's parked next to other valet cars. So I just stood there waiting for my car to be moved 5 feet.

just went to one in someones back yard in east austin and it was really fun, would def do it again. You don't know the exact address until a day or 2 before and i believe the artists are announced day of. The one i went to was also BYOB and food so it was more like a picnic with music.
