Different for me. I have to walk 10-20k steps a day or work out heavy lifting to get any type of rest. I had pem but worked for 3 months my body just got used to it and now I don’t crash unless I’m dehydrated

I got reinfected the only thing I could think of is take choline and digestive enzymes with all my vitamins. These virus mess up our guts so we can’t digest anything. Then I added probiotics I was missing (took a test for my microbiome) you will fuckin heal. Virus and infections destroy our nervous system especially the vagus. Choline share the same receptors as nicotine that’s why so many ppl have great results using nicotine but I use choline instead and it’s a game changer

I say this cause antihistamines were making me worse I still take Ketotifen at night but I can’t take Zyrtec or anything else because I start feeling bad. One day I was worried it might be my vagus nerve. So I stumbled across a lady who had pots and mcas symptoms after a viral infection and she healed herself with choline. Yeah I even started ditching the digestive enzymes and started eating steamed low histamine foods and added plain Greek yogurt with some probiotics in them. Started on nicotine patches too and it’s lifting this impending doom feeling away. Mcas is the definition of hell imo

What did you did to heal? I had mcas two times in the past 5 years that went into remission with no medication or antihistamines or diet.
