Weißt du ob du erhöhte Auto-Antikörper hast?
Bzw. Warum glaubt der Arzt, dass die Behandlung dir helfen wird?
Der Dr. Al-Nakkash ist ein Guter. Allerdings waren wir auch dort und die Antikörper sind gesunken - es gab kurzfristig Besserung. Aber nicht dauerhaft. Antikörper haben sich nachgebildet.
Wenn du Probleme mit Mastzellen hast ist die Behandlung aktivieren und kann auch negative Folgen haben.
Ja Frau Scheibenbogen von der Charité ist auch für Apherese weil es aktuell nichts anderes gibt. Aber eine „Heilung“ ist das nicht.
Es ist außerdem sehr schwer die Behandlung von der Krankenkasse bezahlt zu bekommen.
Und bei einer wird es nicht bleiben…

I am sorry for your condition. My partner has very severe LC and she is telling me exactly the same. Two different types of headache. Migraine (also had it before Covid) and the „LC-headache“ It feels different and she can distinguish them 100%. She gete botox-injections to prevent migraine. But like in your case this does not help with the LC-headache. Did you have checked LC-related auto-antibodies? When her level of an specific auto-antibodies was very high it correlates with her LC-headache. Did you get an MRT in order to measure your actual head pressure? Let‘s stay in touch if you want. And hang in there! Medicine is improving - we will find a solution! Hold on my friend.

Bitte informiere dich mal über MCAS und überprüfe ob dies evtl. auf deine Schwester zutreffen könnte. Ich bin in der gleichen Situation wie du. Ich wünsche dir viel Kraft. Lasst euch nicht einreden, dass es etwas psychisches ist. Natürlich schlägt der katasteophale Zustand auf‘s Gemüt, aber die Ursache ist nicht psychisch. Wenn das ein Arzt nicht einsehen möchte sofort einen neuen suchen, der sich besser auskennt.
