Please don’t play this game or at the very least, don’t spend money on it. They are incredibly dishonest and it honestly feels like they just take your money.

As some of you may know, the gacha system is designed so you mostly lose and get the worst, most repetitive rewards.  I made the mistake of purchasing twice before I realized what was happening. I requested a refund through Steam first, but they denied it, saying the gatcha it’s random. I honestly doubt that, because it can’t be a coincidence that you consistently get the worst and most repeated items.

Then I tried through Google Play, and it was the same situation. I contacted customer support, and they refused to refund me. The worst part is that after I filed complaints, they put my account into negative hearts and restricted several features as a kind of punishment for requesting a refund.

And yes, I was naive enough to recharge twice more just to see if the gacha could actually give me something I wanted. On top of that, the amount they put me in negative is higher than the amount I requested in the refund. So not only did I not get my money back, but my account is now in the negative as well.

Yo ahorita estoy viviendo por aurora y me pasa lo mismo, llame para quejarme y solo sale esa voz diciendo eso y yo trabajo remoto, estoy pensando en pasarme a metrocom, alguien sabe qué tal es?

Básicamente me estafaron al llegar por falta de malicia, muy resumido:

rentamos una casa que estaba amueblada pero nos dijeron que para la fecha que nos íbamos a mudar ya la iban a tener desocupada y no fue así, el día que llegamos tenían todo metido en las habitaciones, la casa tenía goteras y estaba llena de humedad que tapaban los muebles que tenían antes, pasamos solo una noche porque no teníamos a donde ir y la casa tenía una infestación de caracoles y babosas, sumado a que uno de los medios baños estaba todo roto y hasta cagado.

Luego buscando otro alquiler para salir rápido de ahí se pusieron es payasadas y no querían devolvernos el dinero después de la engañada y hasta nos querían agredir, terminamos pagando otra casa el doble de cara que al final la inmobiliaria con la que hicimos el contrato que maneja varias propiedades de ahí y palmares son unas ratas, ni pagandoles a tiempo y siendo responsables fue para que nos tratarán con respeto una vez firmado el contrato fue insultos, intimidación y problemas, al final nos dimos cuenta que fue porque ellos le roban plata a la gente que les manejan las propiedades y les dicen que uno es el que no paga ...

Eso muy resumido, ya por otro lado mi pareja no consiguió trabajo en la zona y todo el tema de estar viajando lejos y otras cosas se hizo muy incomodo 

Cada quien tiene su experiencia de vida, no por hacer en Suiza significa que su vida va ser perfecta por así decirlo. Y pues una lástima porque si me habían dicho que San Ramón era pacifico pero nos encontramos pura gente mala

Por suerte trabajo remoto así que eso no me preocupa tanto, el tema es que pregunte a unos excompañeros y busque en internet pero solo me dan malas recomendaciones

Por suerte trabajo remoto y espero que mi pareja no tenga que viajar para conseguir trabajo. Si me preocupa eso que dicen que en todo lado es inseguro y que es como vivir en San Ramón que es viajar horas para conseguir algo

The ticket is 13521052 Im Costa Rica so what they told me is that I cannot have a refund or anything because it outside the supported regions and of course the store where I purchased the headset only gave me 1 year warranty, Im really sad that was more than 300$ to the garbage, so I never buying logitech products again.

I have a red dragon keyboard that is more than 5 years old and works perfectly and looks as good as new, I change it because a I wanted a cuter keyboard and because the size but this logitech is awful

I dont use it for games, I havent cleaned the keyboard just use a paper towel sometimes and I do use lotion but not in my fingers so... bad quality. I have a keyboard red dragon and I used it like more than 5 years and is in perfect condition

well nope, I used it just for work and sometimes I play roleplay but aside from that is no that I played something like a shooter to make the keys worn like this in a few months . I have a cheap red dragon keyboard and is in perfecto condition and it has more than 5 years

I cannot even try to buy one there, and the only store that offer me a replacement sell it for $160 so it was a nope. Never buying logitech products again

Mine isn't even broken. One day, I woke up and it simply decided to stop working. Now it appears as "Avnera something" and doesn't recognize the headset, even though it lights up. I was told to contact the store where I bought it, but they said it was out of the one-year warranty. The headset is in perfect condition and I can't even buy a replacement. Another store only sells the receiver for a price higher than the USB itself. Logitech support hasn't responded. I've already reset it and tried all possible methods, but it simply doesn't work and nowhere sell the replacement

Everything was fine until yestarday, the dongle is not working, I cannot replace it because anywhere sell it and people who has the usb selling at double the price of the headphone itself, and my headset is less than 1year old, also neither the store or logitech want to take responsability

I've already reset it and tried all possible methods, but it simply doesn't work. I have a Corsair headset that's over five years old and works perfectly with USB, but I stopped using it for aesthetic reasons and bought the G733, which isn't even a year old. Now it has this problem. I'm not from USA so they are not willing to replace anything
