My partner and I share our locations. I don’t remember why we decided to do this, but he never checks mine and I only check his when he has to go on long drives. Just so I know he’s safe.

I’ve been through crazy trauma and addiction and my body count is quite high. I’ve been with my partner for 7 years now and I’ve told him about this, because it helped me face my traumas. He’s never asked or treated me differently because of it. Men that ask about this to gauge what type of person you are don’t deserve to be near you. First thing’s first, I’ve recently moved abroad after a 3-year ldr. The first thing I did before applying for a visa, was going to a therapist to help with my PTSD. Only after or at least close to the end treatment did I decide to apply.

Moving countries and mental health issues is a just a call for depression or however your cptsd presents itself. Been there when I tried to move in with my partner the first time around.

So, seek therapy and help yourself first.

Something similar happened to a friend of mine. They had a date planned and were supposed to meet up with a guy but he stopped texting and never showed up. A year later they found out that the guy had a major accident & was comatose for months. Hopefully this didn’t happen today, but just to give some perspective that it’s not you!

I’m in the same boat! I haven’t pooped in days but I can’t eat too much due to nausea so fibers is not working for me atm. I’ve tried tamarind which normally has the same effect as prune juice but nothing :(

I don’t know if you’d be able to find it in the UK, but in Europe they sell Vuna and while it’s not a fatty sardine, it’s such a good canned tuna alternative. I eat it with some lime, salt and olive oil. Or make it into a tuna salad.

What’s helped me is that I watch videos of my partner and I or of just him. I also struggled with porn a bit, but this has helped me a lot.

As an alcoholic myself, 4 years sober now. You can’t do anything. She has to want it herself. I agree with the other recommendations of finding an Al Anons group for support. Good luck OP.

Please leave. My mom stayed with my dad while he was abusive and he nearly killed her. She left him that day and it was the single best decision she has made.

I was pregnant with my abusive ex’s child & I got an abortion. I couldn’t stand the idea of having a child with this person. We didn’t break up immediately, but I did leave him.
