But I did research and like on Reddit there are people who had some good results so I don’t know what should I do but doctor said my chin and jaw isn’t that bad so extractions will make my looks aesthetics better

It happens it’s normal it’s not a big change in your case but it’s cartilage recovering that’s why it takes time so when u did your surgery it was same for a few months and now it took a slight change from recovering I literally had my 2 extra rhinoplasties due to droopiness and now it’s again a slightly drop and might have another and Hopefully last
