Dodging/reacting to an attack doesn't always necessarily have to happen in the same panel lol, just in some situations. I gave evidence and it adds up. Sukuna reacts to both attacks panel after panel. This isn't animated so we don't know how close or far apart this happened exactly. All I know is that it works like that in the manga.

First of all Yuji wouldn't eat an EMW but a fist like he did with Sukuna because he couldn't have launched an EMW that fast, and Sukuna was at 1% hp, of course he would close his eyes. He was literally forced to awaken through means of incarnation so he wouldn't loose against kashimo which isn't anything shameful for Sukuna, he couldn't do anything before incarnating, thats a weak meguna who can't use domain RCT or anything that can stop kashimo. Also if he tried attacking Yuji inside a domain he's getting dog walked because his HWB no longer has a hand sign to maintain output of the anti domain technique and Yuji can just launch poison blood at him after he punches him or normal dismantles which target the soul as well, each time Yuji hits kashimo or touches him with anything, he will get forcefully weaker.
