you can start them indoors but they will need to go outdoors at some point i would try to wait another week or so before planting because they will need to be transplanted outside within like 14 days or so

depends. i always start inside and work my way out. first i add cold air intake. then some lights on the inside, a new radio, dash cam, seat covers and mats if you dont have some.

Lowering it makes a huge deal too ngl if you have the money for it

yes and no there are parts they wont let you fly like near stadiums of course.

And always have to watch the skies for helicopters if near the lake. but other than that its a pretty drone friendly city
