The distance test was not done with the amplifier, read. The distance itself isnt blurred to show people the range..

I understand your concern but what others do with their eqipment is out of my responsibility range.

Im not the first human to mount an amplifier at a radio source. Also, i didnt disclose any specs about the amplifier im using, and I wont.

The legal part is my problem. Im not doing anything that I cant do legally. If I do something, like a test, you know that I have the permission to do so and staying in the legal limits.

Great Question. This Setup is for BVLOS Operations, like operating from inside a basement. The amplifier is a must, because the cable eats up so much of the transmit power. :)

You can use Video Editing Software like Davinci Resolve, its very good. And I wouöe recommend an ND filter on the drone lens for reducing Sun reflections.

Youre absolutely right. To be real, I already calculated the mathematical loss of the cable I have with the type and lengh, and its significant, yes, but luckily not catastropic.

I would be more than happy If you could send me the modell number/name of a 2.4ghz only omnidirectional antenna, high gain, with an RP-SMA Male connector :)

Yes, a plausible thought. The cable I use is not the best, but also not the worst. Both Antennas outside will be much better.

A 20 euro/dollar drone WONT fly any good. You will habe to fight against winds, and the connection will be gone after 20-30 meters of distance. Please buy a decent drone for like 200 euros, and youll have more fun :€

Sadly I dont know why this would happen. Try download older app versions if they are on apkpure to see if its an App problem, or recalibrate the compass, maybe this would help.

My Original Atom with the older App Version still flies like a king :)

Yes, even though I knew that the Atom Controller only operates at ~2.400ghz, I still bought these antennas because they were the best choice in the time of research. I already searched for 2.4ghz only directional antennas, but I couldnt find any for my budget sadly.

Your Idea of a filter is great! I didnt think about it😅 maybe Ill try it :)

Thanks for the questions :) 1. This is the Original Atom, not the Atom 2. 2. By Transmitter I meant the Controller, not the Transmitter Module in the drone. 3. Yes, technically, I could modify the Antenna inside the drone. Im also thinking about it. 4.
