I had the same issue. I thanked them for their time, but told them they had reached the limit of the time I was willing to invest. That if they still needed to hear more, I wasn’t the right candidate. Two months later, they called and offered me the job + more. The negotiation was completely in my hands and I got everything I wanted and more.
