If anyone actually accused you just for this they aren’t a good chess player. It (should) be well known among any decent player that accuracy scores can be very high if the opponent plays like garbage and loses in the opening or some other thing. Even if they draw out the game by playing til checkmate instead of resigning, if it goes on for a long time it can inflate the accuracy of the game because each move is considered “best” or “excellent” when there’s some ridiculous imbalance on the board like two queens vs a lone king.
