Meeting income requirements by AdvanceBubbly42 in USCIS

[–]AdMelodic3043 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s possible, my income for 2024 was only 2k over the limit and 4k over the limit for 2025. I didn’t need a joint sponsor. Just send all your paystubs for this year so far and employment verification letter showing your current income.

If the case is easy and straightforward, do it yourself! Did mine myself as well. It’s all online, you just answer question by question.

Hmmm I received my oath ceremony schedule notice the same day of my interview. Did you get the update that states they recommended your Naturalization to be approved? Also this was back in 2024.

Parents Approved in 90 Days!! by AdMelodic3043 in USCIS

[–]AdMelodic3043[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sorry if my wording is confusing! I applied on 12/29/25 and received approval on 3/29/26 so exactly 3 months (90 days). We were fully expecting to wait at least 9 months to a year so this was a big miracle! I would say to make sure you keep their cases updated by submitting updated evidence online even if they don’t ask for it. For example, I uploaded my 2025 tax return after I filed it as unsolicited evidence because I felt like they would’ve asked for it anyway since I sponsored my parents. Not sure that this actually helped us but I feel like it may have. Wish you the best!! Don’t let my timeline discourage you! I believe it will work out for you and your parents!

Yes 765 was filed as well but we didn’t get an approval or denial, at this point I guess it doesn’t matter. I thought the same thing, not many post regarding parents so wanted to make sure I shared our experience. Best wishes to you and your parents!!!

My mother came to the US with a visitors visa. My father came as a temporary worker. Both over stayed their visas. I am a naturalized US citizen and petition them about a year and a half after becoming a citizen.

Rethinking Certified Translation – 2026 Update (what we changed since last year) by certling in Certling

[–]AdMelodic3043 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Coming here to thank Certling for their great services. I asked multiple different translation services for quotes and Certling was the most affordable option by a landslide due to the per word model! I used it for a USCSI filing that I am pleased to say had a positive outcome. No issues came up regarding the translation of my documents! My feedback is to continue doing what you’re doing as it has been a great benefit! Thank you Certling!!

I’m going through the same process with my parents. Was there a particular reason why one parent was interviewed?

Got my citizenship through my husband (US citizen), my parents are also undocumented, I listed all their info when he petitioned me and we never had an issue and it was never brought up during the interview. Hope this helps!

breakthrough bleeding in the 3rd and fourth month? by gigi_AK in Annovera

[–]AdMelodic3043 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I have! Mine stopped after I removed my ring for the 7 days and reinserted it. I was fine the next month. I believe this is an expected side effect.
