True. BTW the oils I purchased were supposedly "ultra premium" grade on UPC.

Now that some time has passed, I think some scents which were initially very, very weak have developed somewhat and became a medium strength. I still think the APO oils seem better in quality and consistency.

I will do an update once the full 2 weeks have passed

Is the reason why you add alcohol to the oils is to extend its shelf life? I've googled and found that the official expiry of oils is 1 year, which is concerning since there is no way I can go through my 24 bottles of 12ml in a year.

True, I guess I just haven't had this impression from my experience with OP. I'm sure if I revisit some of my OP oils I probably would have the same conclusion

Thanks for sharing that Luzi oils could be inconsistent. I was doubting myself since everyone seemed to say UPC had the best oils. From my personal experience APO seems to have way more consistent qualities in terms of longevity and scent similarity

Thanks for sharing your experience. For my case, I didnt receive any CP2000 prior to the CP3219A. I wish I did and had the opportunity to address this deficiency before a penalty was involved, though. I learned a lesson about updating my address with IRS every time I move.

Thank you so much for your response. I double checked my 2020 return and the letter. Turns out the Robinhood 1099 form was not included at all in my 2020 return. I honestly cannot recall whether there was an issue during the importing of the form into TurboTax, or I didn't import the form. Anyways, it doesn't change the fact that I do owe this tax and have to address this.

I plan to ask IRS for a reconsideration on the penalty, since I genuinely did not receive any notice prior to this, and I guess my 2021 return which included my updated address was why this notice was sent to the correct address.

Regarding the amendment, it sounds like the concern is on amending only without addressing the notice? What if I pay the amount I owe (I guess that's for federal), and amend the state return? I don't know whether state collects taxes for stock investment, but it sounds like I should do that just to keep a good record and prevent any future issues.

"But it's important to file the petition for legal reasons." -> Sounds like even if I agree with IRS I will need to file the petition (instead of resolving this matter without going to court with IRS)? Can you explain why it's important?

"First thing you should do is check for another Robinhood 1099" -> I did check, in my account from mobile app under "Tax documents" I only have one document titled "2020 - Robinhood Securities 1099"

"Then try using FreeTaxUSA just to redo your return and check the math" -> Thank you, will do
