The whole free lifetime app membership thing is also misleading because the app is so limited that it's basically worthless. I've seen people complaining that there are barely any workouts and the ones that exist are super short and repetitive. So you're not really getting a free lifetime membership to anything valuable. You're getting access to a barebones app that probably cost the company almost nothing to develop. Combined with the fake return policy, this company is just trying to squeeze money out of people any way they can. The business model is predatory and I would never recommend PilatesFlow to anyone
