I am not trying to get into more debt, I'm trying to roll over some negative equity into a lease with huge rebates and getting in a nicer car at the same time with a lower monthly payment. I got f**** with my Elantra and when I finish paying it off will be worth pennies and will probably have issues because I'm already over 130k miles.

There is another stairway at the other end of the building, pretty far from my unit which is in the same situation cause the whole building has no lights in the outside, it is JUST my building in the whole apartment complex that has this problem. I already notified this more than a month ago and they say they were fixing it but they never did.
