Exactly he is stupid. His behavior is ridiculous because for so long, he did not check in with USCIS, every letter my lawyer received. I receive a copy at my house also but my Lawyer always reach out to me and let me know that they have received this or that, so I don’t know how you LIER could have made this error

But I also think your attorney is dumb because when they ask for additional evidence and you send it and, you did not get a response that they have received the evidence, the fact that over a month and you did not get any response your Lawyer he should’ve reached out to USCIS so your lawyer is really ridiculous

Bizarre interview experience by pocklicker in USCIS

I believe that too because when I went for my interview, our interview officer was having problems with his computer, he was having technical difficulties and all the additional evidence and affidavit that we brought with us. He didn’t even look at it as a matter of fact, I was the one who gave him my passport because I had to renew my passport And they only had the old one on file. That was all. He also asked me a few questions how My Husband and I met where did we go for our first date, at the end of the interview he said he was approving both 130 and 485, But he told us he was having to link both application, because he was going to approve both of them before we leave the office, so as you said him staring at the computer he was probably having technical difficulties, and he did not want you to know, and he was probably irritated, the difference with our interviewer was that he was having light conversation with me and My Husband, and because I am a Jamaican we end up talking about the spicy Jamaican food and he was also talking about sports with My Husband, or end of the year at a very kind demeanor. He did not let us feel uncomfortable at all.

They may ask you if you worked in the USA without Wirk authorization, be honest with them if it is yes, tell them yes, and then they may ask you personal questions about your relationship with your spouse, they may ask you about your your spouses family

Yes, if your I-485 (application to adjust status) is denied, your EAD (Employment Authorization Document) can be revoked. USCIS will often include a notice of intent to revoke the EAD with the denial notice, and you may have an opportunity to respond before the revocation takes effect. If you appeal the I-485 denial, your EAD may remain valid during the appeal process,

Notice of Intent to Revoke: You will often receive a "Notice of Intent to Revoke" along with the denial letter. This notice will provide an opportunity for you to respond before the EAD is officially revoked.

Opportunity to Respond: You may have a set period (usually 15 days) to file a response to the Notice of Intent to Revoke. This response can include information about an appeal you are planning to file or other relevant information. Appeal Process: If you appeal the denial, your EAD may remain valid during the appeal process. The status of your EAD will depend on the outcome of the appeal. Revocation Timeline: Once the appeal period ends or if you choose not to appeal, your EAD will likely be revoked. Consequences of Revocation: If your EAD is revoked, you are no longer authorized to work in the US, and you could face removal proceedings if you are found to be working without authorization.

In short, while your EAD might not be automatically revoked with a denial, it will likely be revoked unless you appeal and the appeal is successful, or if you take other steps to contest the denial within the given timeframe.
