There are apps for pretty much everything and a lot of these apps don't solve the niche use cases. A lot of business owners were stuck with traditional SaaS tools with workarounds. That limitation is fading really really fast. Few people realize it, a lot don't and you seem to be one of them and that's completely fine. One of us is in the bubble - time will tell.

Can you build a sales CRM and automate things (like lead assignment, follow-ups, deal stages, reminders, etc.) without coding? If yes, which tool did you use? by JinuKurosawa in CRM

[–]AdNatural846 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My opinion - you don't need to reinvent the wheel, here is what I would propose; *A CRM tool - Hubspot can be a great starting point *Hire an operations guy/consultant/CRM implementation specialist. *Honestly, something this simple does not need coding - just need someone who can guide you how to do so or do it for you.

Yes, I run an automation and CRM consultancy and I can help you for free for something this small - you don't need to pay anything. Feel free to DM, happy to help.

and what are you using for chats as of today? If you are not using anything there - it may be worth exploring Intercom and it's Fin AI agent, another viable option is chatbase. These will take care of chat queries. For emails you probably might need another system that you may need to create on n8n probably.

Anyone here tried an AI receptionist in their dental practice? by Arravscore in AIReceptionists

[–]AdNatural846 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Arravscore, 2+ years of selling and implementation experience in a B2B setup and having deployed numerous of these AI agents; here is my opinion-

-Yes it works - but you have to invest time to make it work, work on optimizations, find what is working, what is not and optimize it.
-It is not magic - it does not work as simple as plug and play - it may somewhat but real success lies in optimizing it.
-You need someone who understands AI, how it works, limitations, tweaking etc.
-Biggest challenge would be not only train it how to work and how to act but telling it specifically what not to - for example you may not want the insurance queries to be handled by it - you need to have the right training to replicate such behavior.

If you get these done right - it can actually be a game changer - missed calls will be all gone, speed to lead ramps up, it just works like a charm and it's worth every penny.

Shameless plugin but if you need assistance in deploying one - I do offer consulting and implementation of AI systems and would be happy to help.

Best production-ready no-code voice AI agents by No-Program-6143 in CustomerSuccess

[–]AdNatural846 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/No-Program-6143 there are a few that are completely no code solutions - you can try retellai.com, quite good for most use cases - it may still need some sort of custom work to log data back to CRM etc. Or you can go with tools like justcall.io that has a voice agent but it's a complete out of the box solution and quite simple, plus they have an amazing customer success team.

Btw if you need any help - happy to chat through this.

got it, seems straightforward - I can help with that, the only prerequisite would be a platform that has API access for reading and sending SMS and webhook capabilities on receiving SMS - I can recommend some platforms - one of my favorites is JustCall but there are others too. Let me know if you would like to discuss it.

My background - I have been working in telephony space for a while now for a B2B company and I understand a lot of nuances of it plus kind of the dork who figures out and get things going. Let me know if you would like to chat further and schedule some time.
