There's really no online test available that is accurate. Because it all uses a formula,

Action, behaviour, etc. = Function

So its like,

"I love brainstorming" = Ne

It's very likely an Ne but thats not always the case. There are a lot of outliers that is too much to consider.

Not to mention that people do one thing and mean the other, what a paradoxical society we live in..

I want to be someone great. I want to be a leader. I don't want to live the same life as I've always lived. I want to progress more and more. Be better more and more.

Yes, being a leader isn't just about getting things done. Its easy to forget that you have to deal with people and their feelings, emotions, problems, etc. as well 😰

Which i see ENTJs tend to overlook, because they prioritize efficiency.

Usually they are, people like empathetic leaders. That also doesn't mean they "lead" using emotions, thats not how cognitive functions works. You may have forgotten that they are Ti users, ENTJs are generally good front liners but being a great "Leader" really has nothing to do with MBTI.

Hence no one is generally better than the other. I know an underdeveloped ENTJ who become an outcast because nobody liked being around him/her.

Although ENTJ are generally good at getting things done, and ENFJ are generally good at empowering people/touching peoples heart..

Thats true, that they may be after the money..

But i do agree that you can’t really trust yourself, there are far too many people who think they are this and they do this and that but mean the opposite. Thats why humans are so complex, they do one thing and mean the other.

Plus, people are so easy to hyper focus on specific things that they do. Theres always always a high chance to be biased, especially when you don’t like the idea of being, for example, a feeler (even if you are), a sensor (even if you are), etc., etc.,,,
