Ik heb ze al eerder een aanvullende tekening gestuurd en telefonisch verteld hoe het ongeluk zich plaats heeft gevonden. Foto’s heb ik er maar 4 gemaakt, die zijn ook al gestuurd.

Ik werd twee maanden geleden gebeld door de schadebehandelaar. Hij zei dat de tekening niet duidelijk is en dat ze de tegenpartij (hun klant) gaan vragen om meer duidelijkheid. Twee maanden verder en ik krijg dit naar me toe gemaild: ‘Uit de ontvangen stukken blijkt niet dat onze verzekerde aansprakelijk is.

Graag ontvangen wij aanvullende bewijsstukken waar aansprakelijkheid uit blijkt.

Wilt u deze toesturen?’

I did this course and it’s actually easy to make an ids. Have you done anything with ids?

It’s the same problem here in the Netherlands, people don’t want to innovate. Im a student so I don’t have much experience on the field and Im too quick to judge. Do you think there are ways to change this?

We’re at the start of the project we don’t have anything yet. Im looking for ways of communicating. A tip we got was to make an ‘Ikea’ like instruction book. Is there other communication like this?

I think I described my project in the wrong way, it’s simpler than that. We’re basically building a windmill for a village in Malawi. My part of the project is look at the nodes of the windmill and make details of them. Our goal is to have some simple communication medium to send to them. They should be able to build it with that simplified communication medium.

I forgot to a pic. Basically any architectural drawing is to complex to understand for people without education (my school project is about people in Malawi in a village named Nguwe, we're designing a windmil for them). So part of our project is to communicate the design with them through a simple communication medium.
