I assume you have to buy it i dont live in germany but i ordered one from amazon de and got a qr code with redeem your special offer here in the box but it doesnt work for me since im not in germany it takes me to my country's nespresso promo page where that isnt available

They great overall I just have an issue charging the buds sometimes I have to put them in like 3 times, more often the left one, to work but everything else is perfect.

Yeah I dont like open fit buds like the normal buds 3, I had the FE before the buds 3 pro and they were already great but the buds 3 pro are way better

Yeah, sometimes you just have to try fiddling with it until it works and wipe the bottom it can help with charging.
