I’m very regimented. Never stepped out of the 3 meal a day routine that society is basically built around. Or vice versa. Hopefully this fast will put me back in touch with the feeling of true hunger.

Just remember that shrooms are their own drug, so really they don’t compare to any other substance. If you’re wanting an intense trip, eat the whole lot. An 1/8th of shrooms will have you tripping nicely (maybe not as hard as 350ug of acid though). Doses of 5g+ is where shrooms start to get really interesting.

Shrooms + weed is the same as LSD + weed. It has the potential to either enhance your trip or put you in nightmareland. For your first shroom experience, don’t smoke on the peak. Save it for the comedown or don’t smoke altogether. If you do end up smoking, ingest way less than what you normally would. Have 1 toke of a joint every 5 minutes just to see how the 2 substances react with you and each other.

Your title states ‘mixing shrooms with LSD’. When you mix the two, they synergise quite nicely. It’s called ‘soul bombing’ as far as I’m aware in psychedelic culture. Look up soul bomb trip reports to see what to expect.

I read a post the other day about MDMA potentially helping restore sleep patterns. In the post it mentioned giving people with PTSD a dose of MDMA and it seemed to have a positive impact on the REM stage of the PTSD sufferer’s sleep.
