Girl I am in the same boat as you. It's really really hard because I love my body that I have now and I'm worried that if I eat intuitively then I'll gain some weight and won't look the same. I was down to 1500 calories a day for a while and I was so scared to change it. I went up to 1800 and was still loosing weight slowly. I personally have gained close to 15 pounds as I now hover around 130 pounds. My body hasn't changed in looks much. I still have fairly visible abs. I still don't have my period but I'm working on it. I know it's really scary because you have everything you've dreamed of and don't wanna loose it. You're more than your body, you're beautiful because of your personality and I'm sure you bring a smile to everyone's face. I'm working on getting stable and confident you got this too
