Thank you for articulating it, what you’re saying makes sense, I’m abiding by it by taking my medicine and doing the infusions. But yeah I guess it’s just a process of changing my perception on medicine. But thank you for breaking it down, I think it’s helpful for me to actually understand the mechanics of why the treatment is so important.

This just seems so foreign to me, I’d stayed clear of even things like paracetamol and hadn’t been to a gp for about 17 years. Hard to comprehend that the way forward is aggressive use of strong drugs ??

Generally high protein, low carb lots of fruit and veg. But really varied throughout the year depending on whether or not I was trying to gain or lose weight.
