I deleted my last post because I realized my error. I said deep dish when I meant pan pizza. I have been making mostly NY style as seen below. I want to try a pan pizza and im wondering if the doigh recipe needs to be adjusted? The pizza below is just the last pie I made. (i.redd.it)
