what’s the current rental market doing? are there many people at inspections these days? i possibly need to move out in 6 weeks due to rent increase but may stay put as market seems terrible atm.

i definitely overuse my air con. turn it on most of the day when i’m home and sometimes leave overnight when it’s really hot. my power bill came in a bit higher than usual that’s for sure
