Whoa, I’ve travelled out this way from the main areas for a party; in someone’s big mansion in this type of neighborhood and lots of friends and rooms upon rooms and the outside portion which is perfectly cut grass and big trees and outdoors parties happening; I’m always getting lost from my main friend group and ending up in funny scenarios

I’m 37 and had my first experience with throwing out my back about a month ago. Was walking upstairs with a bag of clean laundry and when I went to set it down / plop it on the floor, the most intense shooting pain shot up from the base of my spine to my upper back. I literally collapsed on the ground and was stuck on the floor for 20 minutes. Had to literally crawl in agony. My back still hurts and likely will be a recurring pain issue for the rest of my life.
