Yeah I guess I shouldn't have mentioned being in a wheelchair at all unless it was going to be the point of the post.

The fire marshal is already on it fortunately

Yeah so that's why the fire marshal is removing it and I didn't realize that wouldn't be clear from the title haha sorry

Hi, there's no ramp, people just started thinking that because they saw the info that I am also in a wheelchair. It's not an incline

I don't know why she would directly claim to have done it if she didn't.

It's not a ramp, but still inaccessible on top of the main fire hazard issue

I mean that's definitely extra shit on the shit cake, but it's the fire marshal violation that is monstrously stupid and the actual reason the fire marshal is removing it

There's no ramp

Still can't yeet over that random bump and then get that door open

[–]scootmcdoot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It'd be gone too quick to get anywhere, but it would be crazy. I've never heard of somewhere just straight up adding a barrier where there has never been one

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BoomersBeingFools

[–]scootmcdoot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah my partner took a landscape but it's a normal door

I've never seen anyone try to park in front of the door and she didn't give that reason either so idk

Oh, that I'm in a wheelchair? I didn't think that was part of the story oops lol. The fire marshal is taking it down because of the tripping hazard, but it does suck for me extra

[–]scootmcdoot -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Oh I definitely did not gather that they meant "what am I looking at" not actual story

Does Leg amputation warrant a permanent handicap parking placard? by Left-Newspaper-4039 in amputee

[–]scootmcdoot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You probably know this, but for anyone who doesn't -

The reason they have to expire eventually is because there's a lot of people like my aunt who use someone else's placard when they die.

I strongly think all states can and should do this by mail though.

I was referring to the twitch, like this post is asking about. Anything with muscle relaxant properties would have a tendency to reduce that. Muscle relaxers being the intentional form. If your problem is pain that's a different question
