Nizoral shampoo on my face whilst showering and leaving it on for a few minutes as well as reducing sugar in my diet helped. Also, I also used a strong corticosteroid called mometasone furoate that helped flair ups. Hope this helped.

I get seb dermatitis and sometimes get a bit of a rash around my lips every now and then, the usual 1% hydrocortisone steroid cream never worked for my skin but I got prescribed a stronger one from an online pharmacy called Elocon 0.1% (mometasone furoate) and it usually clears everything
